Abstract Submission Deadline: Friday, April 4, 2025 (midnight EAT)
Abstract Notification: Early May, 2025
RULES FOR SUBMISSION
Please read the submission rules before submitting an abstract.
• Abstracts must be submitted online via the website only.
ABSTRACTS SUBMITTED BY EMAIL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
• Abstracts may be submitted in English or in French.
• Presentation Type: Abstracts may be submitted for Oral Presentation or Poster.
• Abstracts must be received by the announced deadline. Abstracts received after the deadline will not be considered.
• Previous Publications of an Abstract – the work must not have been previously accepted by, or published in a peer reviewed journal at the time of abstract submission
• Abstracts must have one submitting author and up to 5 co-authors listed.
GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION
Before you begin, please prepare the following information:
• Presenting author’s contact details:
– Full first and family name(s)
– Email address
– Affiliation details: department, institution / hospital, city state (if relevant), Country
• Author and co-authors’ details
• Preferred Presentation type: Oral Presentation/Poster
• Abstract title – must be in UPPER CASE and limited to 25 words.
• Abstract text – limited to 300 words, Tables, figures and bulleted text are not permitted.
Abstract topic– select the abstract topic: Adult Gliomas; AI and innovative technology in neuro oncology; Cancer Biology ; CNS Metastases; Diagnostics; Epidemiology / Registry; Meningioma; Pediatric Neuro Oncology; Radiotherapy, Rare tumors; Skull based / Pituitary/ Suprasellar Tumors; Spinal Cord Tumor; Survivorship/ Supportive Care
• Abstracts should clearly state:
Background and aims
Methods
Results
Conclusions
• You will receive an abstract reference number via email after you have submitted your abstract. Please refer to this abstract number in all correspondence regarding the abstract.

LIMITATIONS
• Presenting authors must be registered participants. Only abstracts of authors who have paid their registration fees by the date indicated in the notification email will be scheduled for presentation and included for publication.
• All communications from the abstract manager will be sent to the submitting author, and the abstract will be listed under the submitting author’s name in the conference programme.
• The presenting author is required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract and agree to its submission, before submitting the abstract.
• Submission of an abstract acknowledges your acceptance for the abstract to be published in the official Congress publications.
SELECTION PROCESS
All abstracts will be evaluated anonymously and scored by the appropriate Scientific ProgrammeCommittee. The Scientific Committee will determine whether the abstract will be accepted for presentation, with consideration given to the author’s preference.
The Scientific Committee will determine if accepted as:
• a 10 minute oral presentation;
• a poster presentation, possibly with a rapid-fire poster session participation
Instructions for preparation of presentations will be made available on the congress website in May.
Limited travel scholarships available for presenters from LMIC. Priority given for early investigators (<5 years from training completion), from sub-Saharan African country, and first time award recipients. Apply Here
